How long have you been using the Purchaser/Offer Portal in Greatforms?
I was one of the first in the office to trial the full service of the offer system in Greatforms. I would say around March was when I started using it and started to phase out our old offer system. The process of moving to the offers in the Purchaser/Offer Portal was much simpler than anticipated, which I appreciated.
What does your offer process look like now, and what’s different?
Now that we’ve been using it for quite a few months, our admin team has set up processes for the integration to be very seamless and systemised. As an agent, I just tell my buyers that they need to register their details in the system, and I get notified immediately by email and text as soon as they’ve made their offer. This also gives them peace of mind.
Everything is now centralised to one system, so that they are all together in one place, which I find great. Compared to previously, where we would have verbal, text, email, and our old offer system, which consisted of multiple platforms.
Has it made it easier for your purchasers? If so, how?
Yes, I believe it has. Now that we have the offer system integrated into our open inspection link, it means buyers have a very modern and efficient way to submit interest/offers.
Has it made it easier for your team? If so, how?
The transition from receiving the offer in the offer portal to putting that directly onto a contract has made my life and my team’s life easier and more efficient in our processes. The process from accepting an offer to serving a Form 1 is very seamless.
We previously had an offer program, a template contract program, and a digital signing program. Everything needed to be collated together to be more seamless and efficient. Greatforms have proven to me that this all works under one system very smoothly.
Would you recommend this to other Ray White offices and why?
If people are looking to save time and have a professional perception from the market as digital signing and processes is the way moving forward, then I would definitely recommend this to other Ray White offices.
