Greatforms Pricing
  • From 1 September 2025 the following pricing applies for Greatforms, which is in addition to the reaforms subscription information above:
    • $27.50 incl GST transaction fee, charged per Property Folder created on Greatforms. This fee is triggered only once the first document is signed within that Property Folder.
    • Where Eckermann Property Forms is used to prepare the Form 1 for a Property Folder, the Greatforms transaction fee of $27.50 incl GST will be waived or reimbursed to the Agency or Vendor (depending on who was responsible for payment of the Greatforms transaction fee in the first instance).
    • You can choose whether the Greatforms transaction fee is covered by your Agency or if it is to be paid by the Vendor through a charge set out in the Sales Agency Agreement (‘SAA’). Greatforms will cater for both options, and you will be able to choose who will be responsible for the fee on each Property Folder if you would like, or alternatively, you can have it locked down to one option if you want consistency across your agency.
    • Where Eckermann Property Forms prepares the Form 1 on a Property Folder, we offer a further discount of $110.00 incl GST on the Eckermann Property Forms preparation fee where:
      • the Vendor agrees to use Eckermann Property Forms within the SAA; and
      • the Form 1 and Searches cost is collected by the Agent or the Vendor Paid Advertising (‘VPA’) provider through the SAA.
    • By using Greatforms and Eckermann Property Forms, you can save yourself and/or the Vendor up to $137.50 incl GST per transaction.
  • These prices are guaranteed until at least 1 July 2026.
  • We will provide at least 3 months’ notice of any pricing changes.
Additional Details
  • Have a subscription with another forms provider? You will not be charged until that subscription is due for renewal.
  • Agencies need to have a reaforms subscription in order to be able to use Greatforms.
  • There is no need to be a member of REISA or Society of Auctioneers and Appraisers (SA) to use Greatforms or reaforms.
  • The above includes all e-signing, including two-factor authentication. If you are a subscriber, you will no longer need a subscription to DocuSign.
