• Have a subscription with another forms provider? You will not be charged until that subscription is due for renewal.
• We are guaranteeing the following pricing for Greatforms, which is in addition to the reaforms subscription information above:
  • No charge for the use of Greatforms until at least 1 July 2025;
  • If we decide to charge extra for Greatforms, we’ll give you at least 3 months’ notice;
  • From 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026, we guarantee:
    • No charge to use Greatforms where Eckermann Property Forms prepares the Form 1 for the Vendor.
    • Where Eckermann Property Forms does not prepare the Form 1 for the Vendor, we will charge no more than $55.00 including GST per Property Folder (basically per signed up Sales Agency Agreement), which can be paid by the Vendor or Agent.
• There is no need to be a member of REISA or Society of Auctioneers and Appraisers (SA) to use Greatforms or reaforms.
• The above includes all e-signing, including two-factor authentication. If you are a subscriber, you will no longer need a subscription to DocuSign.
